Offering Visionary Leadership Training - Healing, Optimism, Purpose, Evolution
Over and over, we have been shown that to live in the future we must change. The environment and human condition tell us that it suffers at our disconnected hands. We can perceive the disconnection in the ongoing inability of human beings to find peace together or live in accordance with natural law. But how do we change? What are the steps that must be taken to ensure life thrives into the future? Personal spiritual knowing is how! We start the change by knowing ourselves fully as part of this creation – and then finding our place with the Creative Powers. To know oneself requires a profound knowing of your own spiritual connection. It’s time to develop yourself to the point where spiritual communication is clear and guidance is easily perceived without the static of disconnection. The time is now to obtain this level of personal, authentic, and sovereign spiritual authority. There may not be an opportunity to do this in the future!

With the New Year now here, we are offered the opportunity to reflect upon the year past and to set intentions for the next seasons. Finding a connected, clear, and passionate intention creates the opportunity to lay a pathway into our future - not just as individuals but holistically with creation. The Universe has a foundation based on relationship connectivity. For too long, people have ignored its place in this web of relativity, causing a fraying of the web-of-life upon the Earth. In setting intentions for the future, we must reach beyond ourselves and seek guidance from both the natural world and the spiritual. Connecting our personal intentions to nature and spirit ensures alignment with the flow of life - so creative power can guide us. In this free webinar, we discuss the importance of orientation to connection in supporting the setting of intentions. We offer ways to develop the understanding and connectivity to guide our intentions, goals, and action – in support of...
Humanity’s need to change is intensely apparent as we witness the escalation of world events. The health of the environment that supports life is shifting, and its ability to stay in balance is beyond a physical solution. As the ongoing conflicts across the world increase, the mental health of people is pushed further and further towards the edge. It is clear a vast change is needed. People are being instructed by LIFE that we need to transform into a more connected reality to survive - but how do we navigate our way through the worldwide consciousness shift?
In a recent Vision Quest, we were offered deep insight into traversing these difficult times. The Quest revealed a path that potentially lies ahead of us and what we need to live through these massive shifts in the world. In this free webinar, we will offer the guidance and messages from the Quest and how we can apply these teachings to our lives. Hosted by Salvatore Gencarelle, Founder of Helpers Mentoring...
The need for regular ceremonies to support life to be healthy has never been more present, especially considering all the global instability. For thousands of years, the Solstices and Equinoxes have been times of connection, ceremony and setting intentions. With so much brewing in the modern world fueled by unresolved grief and with very little to counteract this, holding regular worldwide ceremonies can be a way to support the healing needed at this time. The Wheel of Life Quarterly ceremonies aim to provide a coordinated way to unite our collective intentions for healing and wellness. We align these intentions and ceremonial events to the cycles of nature, life, and each other to unlock greater avenues of support from the creational forces. Watch the video to learn more about the overarching vision for these Wheel of Life Ceremonies and to find out how you can join the December Solstice ceremonies worldwide. Hosted by Salvatore Gencarelle and Penny Jerram.
In early October this year I embarked on the annual overnight Vision Quest. This quest is held as part of my responsibility in managing Helpers Mentoring Society and all the communities touched by the teaching we provide. As I do each year, I pray and ask for guidance for how to move the spiritual healing of humanity forward in the best way, and for any information that needs to be shared to the Helpers community.
This year’s quest was unusually challenging to me. Typically, I experience a sense of serenity and calm as I enter the quest. I also typically experience physical comfort during the quest. This year that was not the case. I experienced a sense of tension on a mental and emotional level for much of the quest. Physically I struggled with the cold, even though I have previously quested in MUCH colder weather. The spiritual communication was also challenging to receive and filled with warning. I was happy when the long night was over, and I could return to...
Summer has quickly passed into fall and now fall is almost winter. Over the past month Bison People Land has gone through tremendous changes. The project has grown into a collaborative venture with Eco-Restoration Communities, the organization has incorporated, we have lost and gained a newborn bison calf, and had to cull our beloved bull, Buck. All of this, in combination with land management, numerous ceremonial events, and international travel has prevented me from providing an earlier update on Bison People Land.
We were blessed in June to have a newborn calf join our small herd. The calf quickly grew into a playful young bison. Over the past months her light cinnamon coat has transitioned into the thicker and darker hues of a mature bison yearling. The nourishing milk from her doting mother has been more than enough to support her accelerated development. Even now, after transitioning to grazing, she stays close to her mother, sometimes still attempting to nurse....
An opportunity to join the live audience for re-recording of Seeing Through Native Eyes...
Forty years ago, Jon Young began offering mentoring programs for young people that grew into a world-wide network of mentors helping communities connect to nature, themselves and other people. The foundations of Seeing through Native Eyes and Kamana began in 1983, supported thousands of people's learning and connection journeys over 40 years, and continue to this day.
Tracking our Roots in Nature is both the name of this live re-record journey and is also what the final product of the newly recorded version of Seeing Through Native Eyes will be called.
We are happy to have the opportunity to re-visit the invaluable wisdom within these offerings, to honor the origins of the teachings, and to bring this forward to the Future Generations in a good way.
The Language of the Land, our annual nature connection camp was held at the end of June 2023. The participants had opportunities for various nature connection activities, including tracking, plant medicine, swimming, hiking, fire making, sensory awareness, sharing stories, and gratitude. This year the children got a special treat when we rented a boat and a tube to pull the kids around the lake. The weather was beautiful with hot days and cool nights - and we were blessed with powerful thunderstorms. All of the campers enjoyed the beach and swimming every day. We held a community campfire every night.
The Language of the Land camp is a cultural exchange for the participants – for people of diverse backgrounds to meet and spend quality time in nature connecting to the truth of our common relationship to the natural world. It is also an opportunity for the Native American youth to reconnect to the land and remember their old kinship with...
