In our next teaching webinar we will explore the last transition that we all go through, Death.
There are many ways to relate to this final physical transition. It is our last rite of passage from this material world and we can choose how to go through this rite, being at peace - or filled with fear and regret.
Death can be understood to be a gift from creation that enables us to live fully; with purpose and passion. Death can help us embrace life so that our days are bursting with connection, possibilities and the love of each moment. For death to be a guide and friend on how to live we must face death and learn to walk with it as a companion.
Death and loss are part of life and it gives us many opportunities to better understand what death is and what it provides. Whether it is the end of a relationship, letting go of old patterns that no longer serve or indeed the passing of a loved one from this physical reality. Death eventually visits us all.
If we develop a clear relationship with death itself, we can approach it with open arms as a friend at the end of a fulfilled life.
Loss, grieving and death are global realities at this time caused by the illnesses and imbalance of the world we live in. We are all being impacted by the loss and in some cases facing our own passing.
