Offering Visionary Leadership Training - Healing, Optimism, Purpose, Evolution
Taking time to observe creation deeply, we can discern the wisdom of how life works within the patterns of the unfolding of creation. We can perceive these patterns repeating in all aspects of life, and they are universal and necessary for maintaining the flow of life. The teaching of the Sacred Hoop is one of those creational patterns.
These universal patterns inform us how to live in this creation in a way that is cohesive with life. When we understand these patterns, we can start to apply their guiding principles to our own lives, to nature, and to support others' journeys in navigating life.
The Sacred Hoop informs us of the cycles of life and the importance of completing those cycles to allow the flow of movement to continue. If the hoop is broken or incomplete, then the energy of life cannot flow.
The cycles show up in creation in many ways, from the four seasons to the internal cycles within us. Being aware of these cycles helps us see when we are not completing the circle and where we need support in bringing the hoop together.
Life Force Energy cannot flow in an incomplete circle.
When we fail to close a cycle, we impede the progression of growth, leading to stagnation. This principle is not limited to us but extends to nature and the evolution of the spirit, underscoring the significance of completing cycles.
We are at a time when many circles must be joined and made whole. As human beings, we can interact with the sacred hoop in a profound way that supports so many aspects of life. To do this effectively, we need to have a complete hoop within ourselves that is in relationship to the greater hoops of life and spirit. Then, we can see how to complete the broken cycles around us.
I was standing on the highest mountain of them all, and round about beneath me was the whole hoop of the world. And while I stood there, I saw more than I can tell and I understood more than I saw; for I was seeing in a sacred manner the shapes of all things in the spirit, and the shape of all shapes as they must live together like one being. And I saw that the sacred hoop of my people was one of many hoops that made one circle, wide as daylight and as starlight, and in the center grew one mighty flowering tree to shelter all children of one mother and one father. And I saw that it was holy. - Black Elk
